With over 30,000 users in the contracting and home improvement industry, the JobFLEX app debuted an all-new interface and easy-to-use new features in its latest Android update. With the new release, we added many new features and improvements to make the app faster and easier to use for contractors to create estimates and bids.
The JobFLEX team continually strives to make the app the best it can be, which is why we improved the navigation for easier use. Adding customers, taking and uploading photos, building the work scope, and customizing the quote is all located in one screen now. This allows users to build, edit, and send their quotes in even less time.
Using JobFLEX 8.0, you will notice the “Save” and “Upload” buttons have been removed on the Quote screen because changes are now saved and synced automatically when you leave the Quote screen. This also allows users, even on the free trial version, access quotes and customers from multiple devices using the account.
Additionally, a single customer can now have more than one quote. Previously the app only allowed for one quote per customer. The new Android version also allows users to add a note to your quote for the customer to see and has made adding discounts and applying sales tax much easier.
