Over the past few months we’ve been telling you about the impending launch of the new and improved version of the JobFLEX estimating app and the FREE version coming soon on Google Play™. And now is a great time to provide an update on where we’re at with the new and improved app!
In order to ensure all the kinks and bugs have been worked out and to make the most kick-ass app possible, we conducted a live Beta Test with contractors near our headquarters in Michigan in late May. These contractors represented a cross-section of the construction industry: painting, general contracting, insulation, flooring, handyman and more.
The group put the new JobFLEX estimating app through its paces to create estimates and provided us with their feedback on the app, suggestions for improvements, questions about our Basic and Pro packages.
Based on their input, we’ve been working diligently on making improvements to the app over the past several weeks (our developers probably hate us, we work them to the bone!). We want to ensure the most user-friendly, intuitive form of the app launches later this summer.
JobFLEX allows businesses to create professional estimates quickly and efficiently in the field, without an internet connection. The free version of the app includes the ability to create estimates for up to 50 customers with 1 user account, build a materials list on-the-go, and customizable formats for each estimate. Other valuable features are available if you upgrade to a Basic or Pro package, including reporting and scheduling.
